
Amy Easterling
Attorney
Amy Easterling is a licensed attorney in Tennessee with nearly two decades of experience. She was born in western North Carolina and raised in northeast Tennessee. She is a graduate of East Tennessee State University and the Appalachian School of Law. Amy began practicing law as an Assistant District Attorney General in the Second and Third Judicial Districts. During her time in the District Attorney General’s Office, Amy organized and began the Vulnerable Adult Protection Investigative Team within the Second Judicial District with the goal of giving elderly members of our community assistance and to prevent the abuse and exploitation of the elderly’s assets.
Additionally, as an Assistant District Attorney, Amy dealt with many different types of domestic related and family law matters and worked closely with the Juvenile Court to determine what is in the best interest of children. She assisted citizens, victims, and their families who were facing the worst time of their lives, a time when they had to deal with murder, kidnapping, aggravated assaults, domestic violence, and child custody/kidnapping. Amy aggressively fought for the victims and continues to use her extensive knowledge and experience, including countless bench and jury trials, to ensure our client’s receive fair and dependable representation.
