Jessica Cook

After earning her Juris Doctor from Appalachian School of Law as a Trustee’s Full Merit Scholarship recipient and her bachelor’s degree in political science and business studies from the University of Tennessee, Jessica began her legal career in Knoxville, focusing in the areas of real estate and estate planning. A native of the Tri-Cities, Jessica returned home in 2016 to serve the community she knows and loves. Before joining Page & Cook, Jessica successfully operated a title company as in-house counsel, gaining hands-on experience in real estate transactions and client relations—skills that now compliment her detailed and personalized approach to estate planning.

Recognized for both her professional accomplishments and community impact, Jessica was named a Top 40 Under 40 honoree by the Tri-Cities TN/VA Business Journal. She was also featured as one of the Power Women of 2020 in VIP Seen Magazine, celebrating her leadership and dedication to serving others through her legal expertise. Jessica also formerly served for  the last six years on the board of directors for the Boys & Girls Club of Greater Kingsport as Vice Chair of the Property and Risk Committee.  

Jessica focuses her practice solely on estate planning, including wills, trusts, and powers of attorney. She is known for simplifying complex legal processes and guiding clients through important life decisions with clarity and compassion. Her background in real estate and title work adds a unique depth to her understanding of asset protection and legacy planning
